Data safety is one of our company’s highest priorities. To help you keep your account secure, we recommend following these simple but effective steps:
- Use a strong password.
Choose a password that is unique, long, and combines letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid common or easily guessable passwords. If you think your current password is weak or compromised, change it immediately to prevent unauthorized access. You can find more detailed best practices on creating strong passwords under this link. - Enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
Adding 2FA provides an extra layer of security by requiring a second verification step when logging in or performing sensitive actions. We highly recommend enabling 2FA right after signing up. - Activate your anti-phishing code.
This feature helps you recognise legitimate emails from us and avoid phishing scams by displaying a unique code in all official messages. - Keep 2FA enabled for withdrawals.
To protect your funds, 2FA is automatically enabled when you request withdrawals. Please do not disable this feature, as it is essential for secure transactions. - Monitor your account activity regularly.
If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. Also, review recent active sessions from your account settings and terminate any sessions that you don’t recognise or trust.
By following these steps, you significantly increase your account’s security and reduce the risk of unauthorised access. Stay vigilant and keep your information safe!
