The Anti-Phishing Code is a simple yet powerful security feature that helps protect your HEXN.IO account from phishing attacks. When you enable it, a unique code of your choice will be included in every legitimate email sent to you by HEXN.IO.
This code acts as a visual confirmation that the message is truly from us and not from scammers trying to impersonate our platform.
How it works
- You choose a unique code (e.g. a word or phrase) in your HEXN.IO settings.
- Once set, this code will appear in all official HEXN.IO emails.
- If you receive an email that doesn’t contain your code, treat it as suspicious and do not click any links.
This feature helps you easily distinguish between genuine communications and phishing attempts.
How to set it up
Go to your Account Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page. You’ll find the option to enable or update your Anti-Phishing Code.
